Morning all,

We are using the LDAP Syncronisation With Usernames plugin on an automated schedule, but have a couple of questions:

1 - If a user upadates their details in Appian (Name, email etc), the plugin overwrites their changes. Is there a way to prevent existing users details being updated by the plugin if they are different from those in AD?

2 - If a user is in AD in the Disabled User group, but they do not have an appian account, they are being reported as a failure... can this be adjusted such that the diasbled sync is excluded from reporting.

1 - I suspected this was going to be the case.
2 - The desired behaviour would be not to not report on these users at all - restrict the Fails to accounts in the targetted AD groups with missing required information (email address etc.)
