Zuuuup, people ?
So, I've been developing a process model (not from begin, some other guy started development before me) and, sunddely, everytime I click on the drop with variables, all tabs in chrome with an Appian url rise an error about "out of memory".
I'm trying to click on this drop:
Is it something knowed? I mean, may I or someone else missunderstanding some config ?
Thanks anyway for your time spent reading my question !

Does it also happen when you try using any other browser?
I have never seen that. Could be a browser issue or a bug. I suggest to open a support case with Appian.
Idk exactly, is this something related to this https://community.appian.com/support/w/kb/752/kb-1446-how-to-enable-automatic-heap-dumps-on-outofmemoryerror-for-appian-search-server
Could you try to delete the node and add it back with respective details?
yep. Different browser, same problem.
Thx, but I guess that's not my case. It's a good hint though.
Gonna open it. Thx.
I think I figured out the problem: This process is to big (not created by me, I just added a few more nodes). After create a subprocess and call it in main, everything works fine again.
Looks like some problem about to index variables in a process model that is too big. I notified people in my team a long time ago to avoid this pratice, but there's some old processes remain.
Thanks everyone for try to help me !
How BIG is this?
About 125 nodes (even before I notice this one exists). Terrible.
I used this case as an example to my team and I instructed them to avoid this bad practice. I stipulated a 15 nodes as threshold for all process in Appian.
