Hi, I think he is asking for products, no solutions. Products that can be commercialized externally. In this case, as my other colleagues said, there are many organization that develops free or cost products. You can find it in the market.

Not like the App Market ones. Its like building a generalized solutions that can fit to any of the Customer need and sell them accordingly. Ex: An application that can suit all the Banking needs.
