ERROR:Work item cancelled (Data Outputs)
Hello
We have a problem in PRODUCTION. The service account that is used for deployments from PRE to PRO through the compare and deploy component, was deactivated, now after activating the service account again, the processes keep failing and it shouldn't since the service account is already active. Does anyone have a solution for this?
The error that comes out is this: ERROR:Work item canceled (Data Outputs)

How did the service account get deactivated? If it's in the Service Accounts group it should never get automatically deactivated - unless someone did it intentionally or something?
So you reactivated the account and attempted to restart the processes and it didn't work?

Good point - i've run into this issue before (especially in lower environments where old developer accounts cycle out) and it's always worked fine after reactivating the account in question and manually restarting any stuck node(s).
The problem we faced was related to the interconnection of our environments and the use of the compare and deploy component to promote changes from one environment to another. In this process, we utilized a service account, and our error stemmed from accidentally disabling that account. Since it's not possible to log in with a service account, we have identified a solution to address this problem.
