Hello Appian Community so from last 2-3 days I don't know why I am not able to access my cloud database , whenever I am trying to open it so new tab is opened but there is blank page I don't know what's wrong so someone can help me out regarding this. ?

Please raise a Support case if you are able to or please send an email to communityedition@appian.com regarding the same.
I did mail them regarding the same and I didn't got any reply from the team .
I hope you are using a community edition. Have you tried shutting down the environment and then restarting?
I tried shutting down to but I got mail from Appian Community saying :
Please send an email describing your scenario to communityedition@appian.com and wait for their response. It would take sometime for them to get back to you.
