can i Retake of the exam

I have connected to the proctor and confirmed my details related to my exam.
My proctor asked me to open the camera video, but the camera froze in between the verification process. The proctor asked me to restart my system but the same error is going on. i have try many times but not able to solve the problem, i did not aware with this error before.
than proctor told me to connect to the support for retake the exam due to this condition and problem.
can i get a reschedule coupon for it

    I encountered the same issue before taking the exam. I had installed a third-party camera application, which caused an error. Please uninstall it if you have done the same. Otherwise, you can send an email to ""certifications@appian.com"" and cc ""support@examity.com"". Explain the situation, and you should receive a free coupon. Don't forget to include the exam ID for reference and any chat support transcripts you have.
