I encountered the same issue before taking the exam. I had installed a third-party camera application, which caused an error. Please uninstall it if you have done the same. Otherwise, you can send an email to ""certifications@appian.com"" and cc ""support@examity.com"". Explain the situation, and you should receive a free coupon. Don't forget to include the exam ID for reference and any chat support transcripts you have.
Reach out to certifications@appian.com and explain to them what happened. They might give you an additional coupon to retake the exam.
