I have a requirement to get replies from non-appian users using the Send e-mail

I have a requirement to get replies from non-appian users using the Send e-mail node, however, this needs to be in a form of dropdown, radiobuttons etc. I tried creating html template with JS but it seems the send-email node was not able to read scripts (having a hardtime getting the selected items on each objects by only getting messages!body). Any suggestion on how to resolve this? Or maybe integrate with Google forms? TIA...

You cannot send emails with javascript or advanced HTML.. this is a restriction of Email client's.. not Appian.. The industry practice for doing something like this is to send an email with a link to a web form. The user then opens the form in the web browser, not the email client
