Hi there !
I'm having trouble to show up a form on my smartphone.
It's not a SAIL form but it's very simple with no javascript, just four fields. It's showing a default value (read-only field) and have two more fields that will save a value.
The error wich is appearing is just: "An unknown error has occurred".
I have no idea of what is going on, I tried to open the form on tempo through the browser and it's working
normally.
Thanks !...

Do you notice this if you create the same form in SAIL?
What form components are you using?
Is the behavior the same between Android and iOS?
Do you see any errors logged in application-server.log?

Hi Aleksi !
I've tried to create a form in SAIL and in a separate process and the same error occurred.
When I tested on an iOS phone it worked very well.
I don't have access to the application-server.log, I'd have to require to the IT team of my client.
Thanks !

1. If I understand correctly the issue is only with the Android app?
2. Have you tried deleting your account and re-creating it?
3. What version of the Android App are you using?
4. What version of Appian?
5. Have you check that these two properties in custom.properties match the URL you use to access Appian?

Hi Eduardo !
1 - Yes, it's just with the Android app
2 - No, not yet
3 - I'm using the last version (2.6.0)
4 - It's Appian 7.4
5 - Yes, as I said before, I don't have access to the server, but I saved the custom.properties file with me and the properties are set correctly.
With this info, can you tell me what can be going on ?
Thanks !

Then you will have to look at the logs on the server to see what's happening.

Eduardo, as I said before, I don't have easy access to the logs but I'll try to request them.
I'm not using a web server.
Thanks !
