Hi Everyone,
Since the 24.3 upgrade, we have been having trouble accessing Appian on safari browser after logging in, the screen stays blank. We have reported this issue to the Appian support team. Has anyone else experienced this problem and if so has it been resolved for you? Is there any workaround?

Works for me. I do not see any issues.
But such problems often can be resolved by deleting local browser caches etc.

Stefan Helzle The issue continues despite clearing the browser cache. Do you have any other thoughts on what might have gone wrong? TIA.
Is this only with one machine? On the same machine, do other browsers work?
Did you try to debug the network communication in the browser's developer tools?
This is happening in one machine and it's working fine in another MacBook. No issues identified in other browsers. Nothing has been identified in network communication. We will try to touch base with Appian Support to identify the exact root cause. Thanks for your help.
