Only the Administrator is able to set Data store privileges for other users. See - forum.appian.com/.../Managing_Data_Stores.html

If I have created one Data Store as User Type-: System Admin and now I want another Basic user can view all details of Data Store by providing those Privileges thru security option. Is it possible ? As per the information shared in Appian Forum help(link provided by You) it seems to be possible. Please correct me if I am wrong. Thnx

Correct. It is possible to give viewer privileges to basic users to Data Stores. As Administrator, go to System tab > Data Management > Data Stores, select the Data Store using the checkbox, and click on "Security". Click the "Add Users and Groups" and select the user to assign the approriate security role.

Yes I did the same and still not seeing any thing under data management if logged in as Basic user.

To be clear, you want a basic user to be able to see the list of data stores just like an Administrator would. In that case, you could add the basic user to the "Portal Administrator" group and then you will see the datastores under System > Data Management Tab when logged in as the basic user.

Basic user need to access the designer? (However i knew basic user cannot view system tab) So do i need to change something in custom.properties file?

Add the basic user into the Designers group. The user will be able to access designer and certain tabs. Other tabs such as system are only available to an Administrator.
