I need to provide Basic User View/Edit access to Data Store. But it is not reflecting the tabs Under Data management for Basic User.

Though I am able to provide the view of System Tab....

Add the basic user into the Designers group. The user will be able to access designer and certain tabs. Other tabs such as system are only available to an Administrator.
