We upgraded to Appian 7.7 from 7.3 and after the upgrade users are saying that they are not getting the alerts they used to earlier.
For example: if a comment is added to a News Feed from News tab, users used to get alerts but it has stopped after the upgrade.
How do we configure it? Is it the same one like, configuring the My alerts configuration in apps portal?

Its just that users are not getting the alert which they used to receive earlier, mainly around, if someone has posted a comment in the feed/post, the subscribed users of that feed used to get alert messages that a comment has been posted by xyz user...which was the default setting in older version. In my views, it seems like it does not come by default and user has to set his alert settings by going to apps -> alerts settings....please let me know if my understanding is wrong
