We have designed a Email Template which is HTML. When this template coming up in email message, it is loosing some controls like Radio Buttons, Check Box etc. This problem is in Outlook and the same works fine in GMAIL.

Any suggestions to resolve this ?

This not an Appian issue but related to how email clients render HTML forms.
