I am using a!iconIndicator function in a SAIL form to display the status icons.

I am using a!iconIndicator function in a SAIL form to display the status icons. This works fine in DEV and QA Environment, however in prod, I am getting a red cross as displayed in the screenshot. Can anyone please let me know, why it is not displaying the status icons?

When you say the URL you see is of type

client_URL/.../....

is that URL the same thing you have configured in the server under <APPIAN_HOME>\\ear\\suite.ear\\conf\\custom.properties in

conf.suite.SCHEME=
conf.suite.SERVER_AND_PORT=

exactly the same?
