Hi All,
We are using an application which has been developed on APPIAN Cloud platform (Version 7.9).
While accessing this application on Citrix Virtualization Desktop – VDI, we frequently face focus loss issue(every 2 min)while opening application in Internet Explorer (IE 9) both for designer and tempo interfaces. It is very hectic for users/developers working on Application as they can’t complete their work.
We understand that APPIAN cloud applications are accessible over public internet mediums but as a means of regulated environment, Users are provided to work on Citrix-VDI so that they can be validated through Single Sign-On (SSO) as per Organization Policy. We don’t face such type of issue while accessing other applications of the Organization on Citrix-VDI. Does anyone have any insight on this issue?
Any help will be highly appreciated!

Hi Tom, we are not able to type in that field whether it is process modeler variables, rule input fields as well as tempo ui fields.After every 2 min in IE we are not able to type anything in these fields.
