Hi Forum

Please refer to my forum post dated 17 December 2014, 10 months later and I still have not received an answer for this.

I am working on Appian 7.2 and Internet Explorer 11. It seems that when accessing the dashboard reports, the side scroll bar will randomly become disabled. This is affecting the client as well and they are becoming very resistant towards using Appian because of it. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated

As per my basic knowledge, IE 11 is not a supported browser for Appian version 7.2 (forum.appian.com/.../System_Requirements. In this case, may I please know if Appian provides support for IE 11 (though IE 11 isn't a supported browser as per the mentioned documentation) if a support ticket is created? And next to it, will Hotfixes resolve the issues that aren't specified in the compatibility requirements, for instance IE 11 isn't specified in compatible browsers but could a hotfix solve compatibility issues in IE 11?

Am I missing something? I am slightly confused with the ongoing conversation here. If possible I would like to request to clarify.
