Package Deployment -
If we are having fn!appy (rule!yourRuleName, { array }) inside a script node output, then Appian Designer feature Missing Precedents doesn’t find the rule yourRuleName as precedents.
Is there any particular reason for this ?

Perhaps it hasn't been fixed. Regardless, Josh is correct, the rule will show up in Missing Precedents if you use his syntax.
