Hi, I try to start a process via email, when I send a mail from outlook or thunderbird nothing happend, but if I send a mail from gmail from a browser (Firefox, IE or Chrome) the process start normally, it's possible starting a process from email sent from outlook or Thunderbird? I appreciate your help, thanks....

Check if your mail client is sending the mail under am alias. Is so, you need to configure the custom.properties to allow alias.
