I have installed Appian 7.1 Recently. As a start i want to create a demo application.
So can you please let me know from where i can start or Is there any document guide is available for this?

(Reference: https://forum.appian.com/suite/wiki/71/Appian_Reference_Application) Analysing it might give you an idea to build your own application.
