Is it possible to delete deactivated or active users?

Hi Eliot I have a doubt, upon the comment that you made, if the users were created directly in the usr table, how can I manage to create the same users from the Admin Console.

I've think that I can update the users name and deactivate them, and then create the users again from the Adimin Console, can you tell me if my think is  right?

To reiterate what I said above, I strongly advise against directly altering the primary database unless explicitly instructed to do so by Appian Support. Please do not make changes to the "usr" table.
