transitioning to a new laptop as my older one is past its prime. On the newer one, when in Designer, clicking on Edit Process Model loads an empty gray screen and stays there ....
I was able to work OK on the new laptop a couple of days ago, but the problem is persisting for the past few days.
Strangely, I am still able to Edit Process Model from the older laptop for the same user name and password.
Has anyone experienced this? Any suggestions?

Hi Seema- What browser are you using when you are experiencing the undesired behavior?

Hi Seema,
What version of Internet Explorer are you using? And are there special security settings put in place by your company's IT department? Depending on the version and security settings, you may need to enable Compatibility Mode in IE in order to have the Process Modeler load properly.
Please see the following page from Microsoft on how to enable compatibility mode in IE.

Please try Chase's suggestion. Please also check that there are no browser settings or add-ons that could be interfering with your interface.

Agree, think it is a combination of IT security settings and auto-browser updates that have triggered this. The compatability option itself is grayed out for me in IE9. Will try downgrading to IE8 - which works fine on my older laptop. Thanks Chase and Alex for your help!
