transitioning to a new laptop as my older one is past its prime. On the newer one, when in Designer, clicking on Edit Process Model loads an empty gray screen and stays there ....
I was able to work OK on the new laptop a couple of days ago, but the problem is persisting for the past few days.
Strangely, I am still able to Edit Process Model from the older laptop for the same user name and password.

Has anyone experienced this? Any suggestions?

Please try Chase's suggestion. Please also check that there are no browser settings or add-ons that could be interfering with your interface.
