Hi All,
Was wondering for those who use the "Home" application as the the default landing page for all users who log into the Appian application portal, what content did you provide on this page?
Do you have something similar to Appian Forum where users are instructed to use the application selection drop down or do you provide links to the all the applications the user has access to on the page itself?
Thanks....

We use the application portal as the home page. We use this to provide some useful information to users including a random hints and tips, latest news from the BPM, training guides and warnings to be used to notify users of downtime etc. Each of these are pulled via query rules and uses ncolumn tables to format. The most feedback we have received was around adding links to the application training guides to the home page. As for showing uses the different applications we use the standard dropdown, this way it falls in line with their permissions and it doesn’t need editing every time you want to add a new app. Hope this helps.
