@garym Hi, if you are expecting any changes in the notification body of the email being sent OOTB by Appian, then there isn't much we can do in this case. So we can rule out this possibility.

The other one is grab the desired task id(using 'Get Process Task Id' plugin at http://bit.ly/292HgJl or a!queryProcessAnalytics(), process id and task name, we can get task id if we don't have it already), and thereby build a link to task(using task id) and include the link in the body of email that will be sent out on different(be it a escalation or assignment etc) purposes. I am not sure if you have made a search through the forum already but I guess there are some forum posts on the same topic that will guide you.
