Hello Forum,
There is a requirement where we need to interface with chat and video conferencing capability. Is there a way in which this can be achieved in Appian?

Is this something you want chat option in appian tempo or you want to interact with any external chat apps like Lync,Jabber etc ??

If it's the first option you mean to say that from tempo like our normal IM services user's should be given a option to communicate via Appian ??
