Hello~
May I know if there is anyway that I could allow a user to access a "Site" but limiting his access to "Tempo"?

@joanneh As far as I remember the discussions happened on this topic so far, one of the ways is to refrain from providing any links in the Site's Interfaces that will make the user navigate to Tempo. (Reference: 'In order to keep users within a site and not navigate them to Tempo, avoid the use of news entry links in sites.' under 'Design Considerations' section at https://forum.appian.com/suite/help/16.3/Sites.html. That said, you may want to check if a user is able to navigate provided if he has got a link and I guess the navigation is possible in this case.)

You can't restrict access to Tempo as far as I am aware. If this is possible, that would be good to know as I have a few clients who are now Sites only.

if you are in Appian 16.3 all possible functionality which is in Tempo, You can configure that in Site like task reports, actions, and record types. which help to achieve above mention solution. if it is Appian 16.2 then please wait for an upgrade
