Unable to import / upload 5 MB file to Inspect

Getting error while uploading file of size 5 MB for "Inspect".
Error : "The file could not be uploaded. Please Try uploading again"

Can anyone please advice on how to upload / import files with bigger size ?

Tried in different browser as well i.e. Firefox. Still unable to upload it, however, different error
