Unable to import / upload 5 MB file to Inspect

Getting error while uploading file of size 5 MB for "Inspect".
Error : "The file could not be uploaded. Please Try uploading again"

Can anyone please advice on how to upload / import files with bigger size ?

In that case, you may want to divide the package in parts.
I used to deploy only DS and CDT first, then only query rules and constant (neglecting any constant of PM or Record type), then expression rules followed by interfaces and then everything else.

Basically different applications for each type of object.
