Unable to import / upload 5 MB file to Inspect

Getting error while uploading file of size 5 MB for "Inspect".
Error : "The file could not be uploaded. Please Try uploading again"
Can anyone please advice on how to upload / import files with bigger size ?

We have a similare problem but only in our production and staging environment. In my opinion this is due to some problem with apache. I don't know if you have a similar configuration. We haven't solved the problem at all, but we can upload application in these two ways:
-Once this message appear, simply select again the zip file, inspect and upload.
-Use google Chrome, the only browser that don't give us this problem.
Try also to check Appian hotfixes, because if I remember right there is a patch to solve this problem
