I thought of creating a ".ics" file with proper format and set it with the email attachment. But i faced an issue in converting ".txt" document into ".ics" document.
Is there any other way i can try because i am not finding any way to change the extension of a document.
Yes,I have tried this smart service, and it sends out the mail to the recipients.Make sure the recipients has a valid email id.Do check your environment email mail sending configurations.
Hey did u find the way how to do this? brianc
I have the same issue and i dont know hot to integrate the smart service "Send Meeting Request" to my process model and make it work, wait for answer
If memory serves, I did this for a customer in the past.
You shouldn't need to convert the txt to ics. just save your template as ics.
Also, keep in mind that you are designing against an external standard. The template generated ics "should" work fine, but there's no accounting for nuances in the original expected behavior of these files.
Is it compatible for Appian 19.3 cloud? I am able to generate the meeting Id with the help of this smart service, but there is no mail sent to the required recipient.
