Have you tested a process using the Call Web Service Smart Service?

Do you want to expose your process model as a webservice? If yes then that is possible in Appian from the system tab in designer view.

I apologize, Jessica. I'm not clearly understanding what you would like to accomplish. I think you'll want to pursue one of two options.
If there is an existing WSDL that you would like to access from within an Appian process model, you should be able to use the Call Web Service Smart Service that I referenced earlier today.
However, if your objective is to publish your process model as a web service, (and generate a WSDL for your process model), then Rahul's suggestion is valid. Please review the following:

hi Rob, well what I'm trying to achieve is to have an asynchronous WSDL where in once it was triggered it will then pass the output of the process once the process is complete. Coz as of now it only send out the process ID when your start process with WSDL. I have design in mind to make a process and published it as process model and inside this it has the Call Web Service to call WSDL. I know that we have other option but just to ask, can we call WSDL within the same Appian Instance?

Jessica -
My understanding is that your objective is to initiate a process (p2) from within another process (p1), and both process models live on the same Appian server.
Rather than use web services, use a Synchronous Sub-Process to satisfy your functional requirement (start p2 from p1 using data in p1, and update p1 data based on the result of p2).
