When I use an integration in a process model, I get the following error:The integration execution time exceeded the configured timeout.However, the service I invoke through the integration works fine, only the Appian integration gets the error even if it worked as expected. How can I fix this? Is there a way to give it more time so it doesn't get error by timeout?

Seems it's getting timeout. You can try increasing the timeout value. The following document might be helpful:
