Has anyone experience with Connecting on premise Dynamics CRM system with Appian Cloud instance ? Can it be readily done ? If not what are the pre-requisites to be completed . The On-prem system moreover is on local ADFS authentication.

I suggest to discuss this directly with Appian. Make sure to include your IT Architect and other relevant roles in your organization.
