I try to create new process calendar but got this error, no matter which timezone I choose.
Anyone know why?

Which Appian version are you on? I cannot replicate this issue on 19.4 or 20.3, creating calendars there are successful for me with multiple time zones.

We are on 20.2 version and we were facing this issue only in one environment and i was able to create in another envs. But we were able to resolve this issue by referring https://community.appian.com/support/w/kb/475/kb-1261-invalid-timezone-error-thrown-when-attempting-to-create-a-new-calendar
