Facing error while using SQL to Excel smart service

Getting following error.
The following error was raised by the Export to Excel function: Attempting to write a row[1] in the range [0,1] that is already written to disk.
Can any suggest? Thanks

possible reason for this is if you are using excel template for this, then might be you have written something in your template that is why you are getting this error. can you try only template with header section and don't include anything else and try with this.
