Fill PDF - text wrapping

We're running into and issue using the 'Fill PDF' smart service

Whenever the form field being filled is too long, it doesn't wrap to the next line - even when the 'multi-line' option is selected.

Does anyone have a solution for this, other than manually inserting a line breaks to the text before the PDF is filled?
