Internationalization bundle lssues

Hi Team,

I developed a plugin for parsing XML using SAX and tried to deploy the jar ; first time I missed the internationalization bundle (en_US) ,and the deployment failed and there were appropriate error messages in the logs. Second time I included the same in jar ,deployment was successful. But there were errors in log this time as well. The plugin is deployed and I tested it ,everything looks good ,but not sure why second time also there were error messages in logs. Also if the en_US bundle is missing ,will the smart service plugin will get deployed successfully or appian just ignores the jar.
