Error 404 when using the ExcelTools - download datasubset link

Has anyone run into 404 errors when using the ExcelTools download datasubset link?

 

We have previously been using the downloaddatasubsetlink provided by the "Download Datasubset" shared plug-in 

 

Now those links are giving 404 errors.

 

Has anyone run into this issue and found a solution? We are on the cloud

    Data, Field names, and labels are good. For those kinds of issues you will typically get a 500 error, but the link will still hit the servlet and call the process model. What's happening here is the link doesn't even call the process model and we get an error in the logs that the downloaddatasubset servlet can't be found, and it returns with a 404 error
