Wrapping issue using fill pdf smart service.

Question

We're running into an issue using the 'Fill PDF' smart service

Whenever the form field being filled is too long, it doesn't wrap to the next line - even when the 'multi-line' option is selected.

Does anyone have a solution for this, other than manually inserting a line breaks to the text before the PDF is filled?

It should be possible for text to resize in a multi-line field. 
 
Can you check if rich text formatting is enabled on the field? If so, disable rich text formatting.
