I want to add Serivce Now plugin in Appian process model inorder to raise service request when there is any error or failures.
So just wanted to know if anyone had implemented the same.

have a similar need, but bidirectional in the SNow project module. I need to populate data from SNow project to an Appian app, then update certain data back to SNow once Activities and/or Process completes
