PLUGIN - ServiceNow

Hi,

I want to add Serivce Now plugin in Appian process model inorder to raise service request when there is any error or failures.

So just wanted to know if anyone had implemented the same.

  • I can't speak to the plugin, but I don't believe that this is going to be possible in the latest version of Appian.

    Can service now open requests based on incoming emails?
    If so, consider configuring an Appian "Service Now Notifications" user as a member of the process alert notification recipients group for the processes you want to monitor.

    Configured accordingly that user/mailbox will get an notification from Appian whenever there's a process error.
    If SNow can monitor that to create service requests, you should be all set.
