Use of Export SQL to flat file smart service

Has anyone used the smart service 'Export SQL to flat file'. I am not getting any error, but the document is not getting created.

We have used the SQL to Excel smart service without any issues. From the Smart Service inputs, I see that they both are very similar. Can you share the values you have input for the Smart service?

Delimeter: char(44) -> tried "," also which did not work
End_of_line: char(13)
Extension: "csv"
Jndi Name: "java:/jdbc/Appian"
Sql: "SELECT * FROM IOHD_HELPDESK"
