Use of Export SQL to flat file smart service

Possible problems
- the query is not correct (as text =“query”)
- the jndi is not correct. (Use the same value you can see in any datastore (as text =“jndi... ”
- extension can be =“csv”
- delimiter =“,”
- en of line =char(10)
- normally I don’t set the document to override

The rest just be careful with the type of the variables. Boolean, text, document, folder

Delimeter: char(44) -> tried "," also which did not work
End_of_line: char(13)
Extension: "csv"
Jndi Name: "java:/jdbc/Appian"
Sql: "SELECT * FROM IOHD_HELPDESK"

Tried the above and it did not work. It is not giving any error and also not generating the document.

Some questions,
- does the appian database user has access to the table?
- can you attach a screenshot of the configuration?
- what error you get in the logs?
