Excel Tools failing in one environment working in other.

I have "Export CDT to Excel" functionality working in one environment but not in another.

Getting Alert:

"There is a problem with task “Export CDT To Excel” in the process “test export model”. 

Problem:  An error occurred in executing an Activity Class.  

Recommended Action:  Examine the activity class to correct the error and then resume.  

Priority of this problem: High Priority"

 

If anyone could help me out, that would be great.

    Our PROD on-premise Appian instance has been using excel tools plugin version (com.appiancorp.ps.exceltools-1.9.6).

    Export to excel plug-in failed as described in post with null pointer exception. Process model security and smart service assignment seems to be correct. Other environments have same version of smart service and have never failed with same error under same data and users.

    Do you think using latest version of excel tools plug-in would resolve this issue?
