Hi All,
Do we have any plugin or which would the best suite for performing the filebeats and Logstash operations,
Or can we basically post the log file events to configured logstash.
Also, we can achieve the above using the log4j socket appender but this is not recommended due to security reasons,
Please advise.

At this moment I don't believe such plugin exists in the marketplace.
Appian officialy supports log streaming for premium support clients using version 18.3 or higher:
