Unable to read file in plugin code

Question

Hi All, 
 I'm reading a file which is in appian, but I'm facing a issue 
 java.io.FileNotFoundException: '/usr/local/appian/_admin/accdocs3/7646/10011422.xlsx' cannot be opened because it does not exist 
 File does exists in my path but unable to pick it.

As Plug-in is deployed in _admin/Plugins folder, you have to either provide the relative path from your Plugin folder or provide the absolute path to your File handler class. I trust that you are trying to read the file which exist on the same server where Appian is deployed.

Hi Pradeep, 
 
Can you please share some code snippet as to how you are reading the file. 
 
We generally use the ContentService to upload donwload files from Appian KC, it gives a Input/Output Stream to read and write.
