I have downloaded and deployed the latest version of the plugin (2.0.2) and found that I am unable to select the Export CDT to Excel smart service. The icon seems to be missing from the palette. Switching back to version 2.0.0 brings it back again.
Has anyone else encountered this issue with 2.0.2 and was able to resolve it?

Hi, We also had the same problem previously and got to know that there was some sort of race condition in the export cdt to exel which is causing load on appian server so the smart service is depricated and will not be available to configure it anymore. How ever the process models that have the smart service already used will continue to execute. You will not be able to find this smart service in your pallete. Instead we have to use export sql to Excel smart service now on. If you see the snapshot below. You can see that this smart service is depricated in version 2.0.2
