Excel Tool : getting same error while using any smart service from excel tool

Hi
Getting below error,
while using any service from excel tool plugin.(using 17.1)
error don't show much details.

the same plugin works on other environment (using 17.1). also tried updating the newer version of plugin,
still have the same issue.

what can be the root cause of the issue ?

What do you see in the logs? Could you please add logs if possible?

HI,

There can be many causes for this error. Please check the configurations of the plugin first whether all are done correctly. Then see the report data to have the correct values i.e no null records. etc.

And also as mentioned down please post the logs to get a clear view of what the exact cause might be.
