 Import Package is failed because a precedent i.e. com.appiancorp.base64.AppianDocumentfromBase64String.jar is missing 
 
 I need this jar file kindly guide me from where i can download this

Hi asifh , 
This is available in Appian shared component. You need to download this plugin and deploy in your Appian environment first. 
After that try to import your Application Build/Patch.
